February 7, 2012 Letter

Hola! Que tal?
So time flies... if you didn't already figure on friday i will be down
6 months. AHH!!! CARAZY!
 
This week was great!
Had zone conference! it was great. love how they always talk exactly
about the things i need to hear or learn more about. Obedience, Comp
study, getting people to chuch, the usual.
 
got a sweet new investigator, Ezekiel, he's the son in law of a less
active who lost his wife a few years ago to cancer. she left him with
4 young children, we're excited to teach him. and we finally had a
tour with a less active and her non member friend we've been teaching.
the work is coming.
 
Yesterday we had a fireside in Arcadia with Elder Alonso from the 70.
it was so great! before the fireside he spoke to all the missionaries
and his testimony is so powerful. He testified that great things are
going to happen in this mission. there are more people waiting for us
than we have time to teach.
and the fireside was fabulous too, he and President Becerra, and
another area 70 spoke.
 
This morning all the sisters in the mission went on a sweet hike to a
cute waterfall by Arcadia. it was so great to be with all the sisters,
before a few of the english ones go home next week. we almost may have
gotten a little lost, but no worries! we're all safe and happy. We
also had brunch at a members home that was so delicious!
 
Anyways... those are the highlights.
