The sun will come out tomorrow... It's only a Day away... July 23,2012

Hola! So.. blast from the past. remember how i always used to sing songs from annie? Well.. This weekend our stake youth put on Annie. HOLY COW! Stake play. you think eh... church play? but wow! UHMAZING! loved it so much we saw it twice. of course we took some investigators and the neighbors of some members came. such a good missionary opportunity.

JOAN GOT BAPTIZED!!!!! Yesterday was so great! We made the water extra warm for her. :) She was excited. Every day this week she would call us at 6:45ish just to talk about how excited she was. Good start to the mornings. but she was so grateful to all of her friends and new ward family that came out to support her. she mentioned how she doesn't have any family left, but now she has joined a new eternal family.

We are continuing to teach Daniel Wyatt. He went to Utah again last weekend. He texted us to let us know he was eating a delicious salad from Cafe rio. Jealous? maybe a little...

We had exchanges this week Hermana Taylor came from Covina back to Tujunga. We taught a bunch of lessons and worked hard all day. seriously was so great!

So. last monday was great! My birthday of course. thanks for all your cards and love! loved it! had a little problem with our car. we came out of JPL which was SO COOL! It's the only place in the world where Projects for Nasa go from the beginning phase to the end where they build and test it. SO COOL! Anyways.. we came out of that and our car wouldn't start very well. Pobre coche. the battery died, but we got it to Pasadena where we waited for 2 hours to get it fixed, but now flor drives perfectly!

I think those are the highlights.. Zone conference this week. super excited! and transfers are coming up. Usually you have an idea of what could happen, but seen as Hermana Mulitalo and i have been here the same amount of time, we have NO IDEA what President has up his sleeve this time. i'll love whatever happens.
